If you are getting an error message (such as "Your session has timed out"), session cookies are probably disabled. Session Cookies must be enabled in order for you to log in. How to enable cookies.
Your login session has a 3 hour maximum, which is refreshed every page load; if you're going to take longer to write a reflection, be sure to save it periodically.
